I am starting to feel a bit guilty about the lack of blog posts of recent. The season well and truly took my breath away and haven’t had a moment to sit down and blog. Not a bad thing for business I suppose and shows we must be doing something right. Never the less I should get back down to the job in hand so in this edition of the blog I am going to talk about good food tips for a garden party and share some of the ideas I have gained over my years of experience setting up garden marquees .
From speaking to past customers after they have had a garden party the main message that has come back is that the more simple the better. I suppose it all depends on whether you are having a formal garden party or having a buffet style party will orchestrate what food will be prepared. Either way the simpler the better.
I am sure that if you are being brave enough to cater for your guests at your event then you don’t need me to go into posting recipe’s as your culinary skills must be up to scratch. Another of my good food tips for a garden party is to cook things that your guests can help themselves to. There is nothing worse that hosting a party and chasing around making sure that everyone has had enough to eat or drink. Again from speaking to past customers post event they have said that it is better to put a spread out and let people help themselves. This way you are just replenishing the one place rather than every guests plate.
I hope that these couple of tips helped with your plans for your own garden party. We have lots of fun and frolics happening on a daily basis over on out Facebook page. Feel free to head over there by clicking here.
Until next time thank you for reading.
