Planning a marquee event – how long will it take?
Getting your marquee booked is essential. Especially if your event is in the coming months. We book up quite quickly for popular weekends throughout the spring and summer. Accessories such as tables and chairs can be confirmed later but getting your date secured is imperative. If you do require a short notice marquee hire, this is no problem, as long as we have availability we will always try and help.

Once you have made the initial enquiry I will be more than happy to arrange a free site visit to come and measure up for you.
Confirmation
Once you have confirmed your booking we send you an invoice with details of ways to pay your deposit. In the time between your booking confirmation and the event you are free to get in touch at any time to develop your event. It is not uncommon for numbers of guests to change and this will ultimately change your booking slightly.
Erecting and dismantling
All of our prices are based on a three day hire. We typically put up our marquees for events on Thursday/Friday and take down on Sunday/Monday. Obviously this is assuming that the event is on the Saturday. We are pretty flexible with regard to the putting up and taking down and details of this can be discussed at the free site visit.
