In this edition I would like to talk about innovation and flexibility within our business.
We are growing and learning all the time and on the back of this we are always looking to make the marquee hire experience the best that it possibly can be whether that be taking feedback on board from customers as to what they think we could do differently to make the time that you are using our equipment even better than it already is, or just simply talking with our suppliers about new things in the marketplace that we can provide for you guys.
On the flexibility side of things we understand that any sort of event can be quite stressful even if it is a party at home for family and friends so we try our best to help you swallow some of this tension up by being flexible, for example, last week we had an order to put a marquee up on Saturday morning for a customer to use on that evening and the customer requested on Thursday if we could put it up on Friday evening to make her life easier in the preparation for the party, we agreed and the marquee was up by 8.30pm on Friday.
The point I am trying to get across is that we will go the extra mile to make your experience a good one.
