Back again 🙂
This time I am going to just briefly blog about recommendations, repeat business and what it means to us.
A lot of the work that comes in is recommendations from when customers have told family, friends and neighbours about us or when someone has attended a party that we have provided a marquee for and enquired that way.
Just to touch on repeat business, the lady that we did our first ever hire for booked in again last week which made us smile when she rang and said that she was so happy last time that she wouldn’t go anywhere else.
It is always good to catch up with customers who have used us before as is going to see new people whom trust us through a recommendation and tells us that we must be doing something right for these things to happen.
