This week has been very busy so sorry for the delay in the weekly post..

I thought it would be fitting this time just to touch on site visits and what happens once you have enquired with us.

Once a customer has made an enquiry the usual process is for us to give them an idea of price to manage expectation and if that is okay then we would arrange a time to suit the customer for me personally as director of the company to come and conduct a site visit which comes at no cost to the customer.  This consists of me taking a few measurements, kicking a few ideas about with the customer and just give a bit of friendly advice really.

Upon conclusion of the site visit if the customer is happy then we complete some paperwork for the order or if the customer wants some time to mull over what they want to do that is absolutely fine. We never push anyone into any order or sale that is certainly not our style.

Free site visits are a great way to connect, chatting over the phone is all good and well but in my eyes nothing beats a face to face consultation in order for me to get a true feeling for what you are trying to achieve with your event.
