In fact we do cover all of the North West and some of Yorkshire but I am going to concentrate on Knutsford for this particular edition of the blog. I used to often pass through Knutsford on my way to Macclesfield and other places in the area wondering what the place was all about. Until one day I decided to stop off an grab bite to eat for my lunch. I quickly realized that Knutsford was a fantastic place.
